Are the courses "live"?

No — the courses aren’t live. They’re pre-recorded, so you can watch them anytime you like.
That’s one of the great advantages of my course. You can learn at your own pace and fit it easily into your schedule. There’s no need to attend live sessions or be online at a specific time — you’re completely free to learn whenever it suits you best!

For how long will I have access to the course?

You’ll have one year of access to the course from the date of purchase. During that time, you can watch the videos and revisit the lessons as often as you like — all at your own pace!

Do you have a refund policy for the courses?

Yes! If you’re not satisfied with the course for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — as long as you’ve watched less than 30% of the course content.
Just send me an email, and I’ll take care of it — no questions asked.

Do you accept credit card or PayPal?

I accept credit card, unfortunately not PayPal at the moment. All prices are in EUR but all currencies will be accepted at the current exchange rate.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship everywhere in the world. If your country is not listed at checkout, please reach out to me at hello@senaruna.com
All items will be automatically shipped to the address entered upon checkout, so please make sure you have entered your address correctly. 
All International shipments are shipped Duties and Taxes unpaid. The customer is responsible for payment of those fees.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?

If you entered your contact information at check out, you will receive a shipping confirmation notice with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

My order is damaged! What do I do?

Can I change my address after I place an order?

Please send an email to hello@senaruna.com with your order number and updated shipping address to request an address change to your order, and I will do my best to accommodate if the order has not been processed for shipment.

Can I reproduce your creations?

Please don’t reproduce my original creations.
However, there are artworks you can make! I’ve written tutorial books — Quilling Art, Quilling: 20 Beautiful Designs, and Quilling Flowers — where I share detailed instructions so you can create your own beautiful pieces.
You can also join my online classes to learn my techniques step by step and craft your own unique designs.
