Do you accept custom orders?

Please email me at hello@senaruna.com with the details of your custom order.Custom order availability is limited, and the holiday season can be especially busy. If you’re planning a Christmas order, I recommend getting in touch at least 2 months in advance to secure a spot and allow enough time for the design and production process.

Can I request a different color, letter, or design?

I’m happy to consider requests for a different color, letter, or design, depending on the piece. Please contact me before placing your order to discuss your preferences and make sure your request is possible. Please keep in mind that customization availability is limited, especially during the holiday season.

How long do custom orders take?

Accepted Answer

It usually takes around 4–5 weeks, depending on the details and size of the piece. Please keep in mind that more complex or larger pieces may require additional time.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept credit card, unfortunately not PayPal at the moment. All prices are in EUR but all currencies will be accepted at the current exchange rate.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please send an email to hello@senaruna.com with your order number and updated shipping address to request an address change to your order, and I will do my best to accommodate if the order has not been processed for shipment.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

You can make changes or request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as your order has not yet entered production. Once your order is being prepared or has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

I do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized or custom-made orders. For non-personalized items, please contact me within 14 days of delivery if you would like to request a return. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

I carefully package every order to help protect it during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at hello@senaruna.com and include clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label. I’ll review the situation and work with you to find the best solution.

Please don’t reproduce my original creations.
However, there are artworks you can make! I’ve written tutorial books — Quilling Art, Quilling: 20 Beautiful Designs, and Quilling Flowers — where I share detailed instructions so you can create your own beautiful pieces.
You can also join my online classes to learn my techniques step by step and craft your own unique designs.
